The Center for Youth Integration is an association of citizens whose mission, for 20 years, has been to contribute to the creation of an inclusive society in consultation with children and the community, through the improvement of existing and the creation of new mechanisms, which provide equal opportunities for the development of the capacities of each individual child involved in life or street work and the child who is at risk of becoming one. The Center for Youth Integration is expanding its team and is looking for a persons to perform the duties of Advisor in fulfilment of beneficiaries rights, Health care advisor as well as two persons for the positions of Outreach workers for educational support, within the Program of Education.

Position: Advisor in fulfilment of beneficiaries rights

Job description:

  • Creates a social support network
  • Connects and directs beneficiaries to the relevant institutions of the system
  • Advisory work with beneficiaries families on the topic of cooperation with system institutions
  • Support to the beneficiaries and their families when exercising their rights in front of the institutions of the system
  • Plans and implements field visits to beneficiary families for support related to exercising rights
  • Collaborates with program team members and participates in team meetings
  • Performs other duties and assumes obligations in accordance with additional instructions of the coordinator

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum secondary education
  • Previous experience of at least 2 years in working with children
  • Previous experience in working with socially disadvantaged groups
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Computer skills (MS Office)
  • Category B driver's license – preferred
  • Active knowledge of the English language

 

Position: Health care advisor

Job description:

  • Follows the beneficiaries hygiene needs
  • Creates and implements preventive activities in terms of raising awareness of the importance of adequate maintenance of personal hygiene, prevention of abuse of psychoactive substances and other topics of importance to beneficiaries
  • In relation to capacities, provides support to parents and beneficiaries when exercising their rights in the field of health care
  • Plans and implements outreach visits to beneficiary families for support related to hygiene needs
  • Collaborates with program team members and participates in team meetings

Performs other duties and assumes obligations in accordance with additional instructions of the coordinator Required Qualifications:

Position: Outreach worker for educational support

Job description:

  • Designing and creating educational activities;
  • Monitoring the school achievements of beneficiaries;
  • Realization of educational activities;
  • Participation in extracurricular activities created for beneficiaries

  Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum secondary education
  • Previous experience of at least 2 years in working with children
  • Previous experience in working with socially disadvantaged groups
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Computer skills (MS Office)
  • Category B driver's license – preferred
  • Active knowledge of the English language
